" Concerned about care and cleanliness at Northern General"

my father was unfortunately admitted to the northern general hospital in march 2007. Three weeks after being admitted he passed away. The care of the nursing staff was moderate, there certainly was not enough basic care taken of my father and the level of cleanliness was in my opinion poor. On every occasion whilst visiting my father not one of my family members was able to sit and talk to him instead we cleaned, and nagged staff on the ward to help my father when he asked for it.
