have just tried to find out if a friend of mine is in a hospital in Crawley.. Told that 'we are not allowed to give out details of patients' then told to ring a Langley Green phone number, this does not exist.. What a waste of time,where do the authorities get these people from. The N.H.S. now has one of the poorest reputations in the world. highly overpaid timewasters

What could be improved

The answering service, a minimum level of intelligence for all hospital employees

Anything else?

what good would it do ? let us hope that someday these people and or their families have to go into hospital that will serve them right
