What I liked

That I was told what would happen when I had a hip replacement.The Consultant was most kind because I was very nervous about having the operation by general anascetic, in fact so much so that I was shaking, but the Drs. were very reassurring and very kind and explained things to me. I know all the other ladies in the ward with me at that time were very impressed by everyone. All the staff I had dealings with were very kind and helpful. I have and will recommend your hospital to my friends and family. Thank you for all your hard work .

What could be improved

Only thing I would say is that Appointments are not always on time which I do understand, I think I must have been lucky as both of mine were late, 1 by an hour and twenty minutes.Otherwise can't think of anything else.
