What I liked

I had an appt with a gynaecolegist at the begining of March, I was booked in for surgery five weeks later. since then there has been much improvement in my condition.

My visit to Benenden was brilliant I could not fault them at all. The nurses on Princess Ward were amazingly helpful.

Having treatment at benenden was the best decision I ever made.

What could be improved

I can not fault the hospital or the staff at all but one thing is that the smoking area is right outside the waiting room, where relatives wait and you wait until your called for your operation. I think that the smoking area could be somewhere else rather than right at the enterance as it does not look very good.
