"Dirty ward and broken chairs strewn about"

I visited a relative who was being looked after in ward 26.

During my time there I picked up discarded dressings and cotton wool from the floor myself and disposed of them.

From what I saw, the floor had ingrained dirt all over it.

There were discarded chairs marked for disposal strewn about the corridors.

The whole place seems to need a lick of paint.

I hope these comments are useful in that the situation improves (if the hospital doesn't know about it, how can they do something about it...)
