What I liked
The doctors are very good,was treted with dignity and follwups were excellent.But one ward made me feel very distressed and I dont imagine myself or family beeing looked after by that staff(Riverside)
What could be improved
being respected and treated with dinity.Not to be left without a callbell, alone post operatively.I was told I am just a day case when I was vomitting and asking for help.
Day or night cases should not make any difference in patient care
Anything else?
I would not mind to rectify this is need arise and I am very dissappointed bout the treatment
