What I liked
the consultant was professional and understanding to my needs.The chef was ammenable after i placed my request for decaff tea and skimmed milk.Night sister was very professional and caring.
What could be improved
the nursing care throughout the wards and the noise could be kept to a minimal staff shouting to each other down the corridor when one is recuperating is unacceptable.
Anything else?
Reception staff very polite at all times.
