What could be improved

I took my 4 year old son to the walk in centre with a nasty head injury. I arrived at 6.30pm to to be told that they would not see him as there were too many patients already - the centre does not close until 9pm. So basically, they turned away a 4 year old with a head injury - I find that unbelievable.

Anything else?

There is little point in this place being open if it refuses to treat patients especially injured children. If any one in charge is reading this - You are a disgrace.
