"I attended the new breast centre ..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

What I liked

I attended the new breast centre and i was very scared and worried but the staff may I add from the reception desk staff, canteen staff, nurses, mammogram doctor whom I can’t praise enough and the doctor was so understanding kept me informed the whole visit asked me what I thought or I preferred ref treatment. And I was not at any time left to feel alone.

They had total respect for me my feelings and all the other people I could see on my visit that were on appointments at the same time. The clinic is spotless and very relaxing and I would wish to thank everyone for taking so much time to treat me as an individual and explain everything to me. And anyone that has to go here do not worry about your first visit as you will be well looked after and not left alone.

Many thanks for your email. It is always appreciated when patients take the time to give such positive feedback.

I will pass your comments on to the appropriate members of staff.

Kind regards
