What I liked
Own room. Food good. Very clean. Lovely physio.
What could be improved
The nursing care is pretty poor. Overstretched grumpy nurses or care assistants. Minimal empathy and abrupt on sympathy or advice. My bell/intercom did not work so left ringing the bell shortly after the operation with a closed door very frustrating, Check out was very bad no advice sheets nurse seemed completely uninterested in me or my knee or anything else.
Anything else?
Could say lots more on the complaining side. Also used this hospital as a patient in July 2009 and can say it has gone doen even more since then.
