What I liked

The aneathetist was brilliant, helpfull, kind and very caring. The surgeon was,nt too bad but did not explain that much.

What could be improved

Nursing staff should not be brisk and downright rude, listen to patients and show the skills that they would have been taught upon their original three years of training!!!!!!

Anything else?

I was admitted onto the day procedure unit for a routine double extraction of molars. The nurses from the outset were sharp, cutting and unhelpfull(with one exception). The reception was frosty upon arrival from the desk admin!

I spent the afternoon waiting for my op in an unpleasant enviroment basically, the saving grace was the exceptional care shown by the theatre team. I normally go through Norwich but had decided to accept help via the local hospital but i will not be using the oulton unit again
