The open and can do attitude of the whole team.

Proffesional , comitted and approchable.Nothing was to diffulcult.The enviroment of laughter was

infectious.

What could be improved

More time for the proffesional team to have spending on patient care and interaction and less time spent on administration.

The NHS should be proud of this jewel in the crown.The whole team through from HCA to

Senior Nurse are to be congratulated for achieving

a very diffulcult skill LISTENING and empathy.Alot of busineses could learn from RCH.The ability to help patients

physicaly and mental self esteem is considerable

at RCH.The NHS has invested well in training for

this team of proffesionals.I would congratulate the

whole team for their proffesionalsm and endeavour

in helping patients at a diffulcult time in thier lives.
