What I liked

I have had to use Horsham Hospital and the x-ray department a few times over the past 18 months. I was always received great civility and with a smile. If there was a delay over 20 minutes, someone explained what the problem was and the likely delay. This morning I walked into the X-Ray department and my the head technician was their usual friendly and efficient self. I had a chest x-ray and it took 10 minutes in total. Well done x-ray and all the Horsham Hospital team

What could be improved

Keep up the good work and please let the staff know how much we appreciate their hard work and kind manner.
