"nothing at all."

What I liked

nothing at all.

What could be improved

Everything, i was reffered to this hospital in 2006 for orthadontic work, i was told that the waiting list was 2-3 years. i have still not been treated after 4 years of waiting and at the moment i am no closer to anything being resolved.

i have phone over and over again to try and find out what is happening, and every time i get the same responces:

"we need to look at your file, and call you back tommorrow"

"i will ask the booking manager whats happening and call you back"

and guess what, no one has EVER called back, not once!

i phoned the booking manager at the hospital (who said she would call back and never did) to see whats happening, nothing.

i have been told i have been refered elswhere, but not one person at the hospital can tell me where i have been refered.

Anything else?

This hospital does not care about its patients, at all. they could not care less if they treat you or not.

and another thing, if you phone the PAL 0800 number, guess what?? they dont answer either...
