What could be improved

I have been going to this hospital for approx 3 years, passed from dept to dept i am in need of restorative dental work, up to now (3 years later) nothing has been done, i am a British taxpayer and feel very let down at the moment.

my last appointment was on 25th Feb 2010, was told i would get another apointment in 1-2 weeks, it is now over 2 months and i have heard nothing from them, I have been passed over to a student for treatment after being told by a specialist that the work was too complex for a student ???, the student is due to leave in June 2010, then what happens??, therfore the thing that could be improved is thay they actually do something.
