What I liked
Quite clean
What could be improved
1) I did not appreciate being accosted at the door by some civilians wanting to know what I was doing there.
2) They have wasted a lot of money on stupid and pointless architectural features, on a huge and mostly empty waiting area, and on televisions and computers. I go to hospital to be treated, not for entertainment.
3) They offer no more than a brief consultation. No treatment is available for my condition, not are they prepared to discuss options.
Staff are rude and unhelpful
Anything else?
The entire project is a waste of money. If only they had spent it on providing treatment and actually helping people to get better.
