What I liked
Excellent quality nursing and care. Always being kept well informed by a very caring staff. My special thanks go to the staff who at times went over and above the call of duty in looking after their patient. The nursing standards set by the John Proctor ward are very high and set an excellent example of the NHS. Again thanks to all the staff for the love and care. Mike
