What I liked
Great hospital all round, I have visited here a few times and every time I am dealt with professionally and quickly. The best thing is that I have always used Heartlands Hospital in the past but found I can sit there for hours before being seen, here at Samuel Johnson there are no major queues at all and you dont ever wait long.On most occassions I have walked in and been seen by someone with half an hour. In addition it is a new building and very clean and highly organised. Makes trips here much more enjoyable!
