What I liked

Receptionist was relaxed, helpful and efficient and friendly.

I saw a member of staff who was very patient, a good listener and very thorough in her assessment. A very friendly and effective person. Thanks.

My wife (yes we get sick in twos) saw someone else and she described her treatment as excellent also. Please thank all concerned. I am a grumpy old man and there is a lot to be grumpy about nowdays, but this was as good as it gets. Thanks

What could be improved

Replicate the attitude and behaviour of the staff we saw throughout the NHS. UNlikely but its good to dream.
