What could be improved

The reception staff on the physio department, are un welcoming, miserable, un friendly, one huffed and puffed at a patient when checking in, when i went to check in i went to one lady who didn't even acknowledge i was even standing there(plus i'd got 2 broken legs!!) eventually when she did she passed me to another lady the other side of the desk which i had to hobble to just to give my name, i tried to be friendly and there was no acknowledgment at all

Anything else?

think they have had their day, get new friendly polite staff, who interact with patients and nothing is too much trouble, these places are daunting enough without them feeling worse
