What I liked

I was apprehensive about my impending procedure but was quickly put at ease by everyone that i came into contact with. The reception staff were smart and polite, the nursing staff were kind and kept me informed of proceedings. The surgeon and anaesthetist were friendly and took time to go over the procedure with me. The waiting room i stayed in whilst waiting for my procedure was very clean and tidy. My recovery from the operation was a little slower than expected, but again the staff were fantastic. They were patient with me and attended to my needs.On leaving i have had follow up phone calls to check on my progress. In summary i thought my visit to the treatment centre was a pleasurable one. I will infact be writing to the General Manager of the centre to thank the staff who looked after me by name, which i feel i cant do on this forum.

What could be improved

I honestly cannot fault any of the care i received.
