"Over the years I have attended ..."

What I liked

Over the years I have attended clinics here and am currently at Physiotherapy. The hospital is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient and the hospital is a huge asset to the community. My mother is currently in the Babington at Belper and I just wish that she was here instead.

What could be improved

Very little. Much thought has obviously gone into the running of this hospital. The nurses care about their patients' well-being and dignity, the hospital is clean and friendly and the satff go that extra little bit further to make a visit to a clinic very much less painful than that found at a so-called superhospital.

Anything else?

If all hospitals ran as well as this one the NHS would be in a far better state than it is, and elderly patients would not be left in squalor.
