What I liked
briefly I would like to give my sincere thanks to the staff and in particular to the nurse practioner who attended to my injury (fractured radius) on Feb. 27th while I was in the area on holiday from Scotland. I was attended to within 40 mins. and treated with sympathy and the greatest of respect and her help and instructions about what I had to do next until I attended J.R. hospital the next day was a great help. Many are too quick to complain about the NHS but I have nothing but praise for your staff . Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the Nurse Practioner but I am sure it will be on your records, please pass my sincere thanks
