Upon arrival at the hospital, I went to the ward where I was greeted by a friendly and fully professional team their attitude towards me was excellent they were very helpful and made my visit a very comfortable one,my consultant, the anaesthetist and the operating team were very reassuring. As this was the first time I have ever needed surgery and a little bit apprehensive they all made me feel at ease and in very safe competent hands, in recovery the coffee and biscuit and chat afterwards was comforting and very informative about my aftercare. KEEP THIS SERVICE
