What I liked

I came to the Park for a major operation, from the minute I arrived I was treated with respect and dignity. The nurses looked like nurses, very neat and tidy, the care given to me was outstanding, everyone worked together to make a very professional team.

What could be improved

The only tiny critisism I would have, would be that the reception area is lovely, then you go up to the ward and it looks tired, could do with redecorating but the enthusiasm of the staff help to create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.

Anything else?

The food is lovely, my husband had a meal in the restaurant, it could have been a bit warmer but he still finished it all.
