What I liked

My Dentist was friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt at ease throught the consultation and examination and her assistants were also well mannered and respectful. I was impressed with the service and guidence offered by all of the people in the team. Well done and keep up the good work. And of course thank you for making my visit a pleasure. p.s must say that the radiographer who took my e-rays was a delight. Dont know their name, but they were lovely also.

What could be improved

One word really!! Receptionists!! Very frosty, trying to be professional, but not quite making the grade. It is a Dental Hospital after all and, they are not!! the ones in pain or going there for treatment, therefore PLEASE SMILE!!! It takes nothing to do that. After all, YOU are the first people we see and, many folk visiting there are extremely frightened and have a great fear of dentistry. So come on folks cheer up and try and look like you are enjoying your work, even if you are having a bad day.

Anything else?

The waiting! However in all fairness I knew this could be at least two hours, which it was, but I received great treatment therefore I can overlook that. Just one more thing, Could you please supply more chairs in the waiting room, certainly for restorative department. Most of the chairs were taken up by friends and relatives accompanying the patients. I stood for ages waiting to go in and see my Dentist. (not fair).

Thank you for your feedback. Excellent customer care is very important and your comments about staff and the environment have been forwarded to the Associate Director and Clinical Director to determine where improvements can be made.
