What I liked

Ruth on reception was fantastic, friendly and professional. Andy was a great physio most professional.

What could be improved

I think it is a shame mid treatment that physio is changed. One of the ladies on reception could have been more friendly. But overall a good experience.

Good service provided. I liked the way the hospital was so smail and friendly.
