What I liked

I attended the walk-in centre yesterday (Sunday for a dislocated shoulder. I was in pain and once your receptionist had taken down my details I was seen to within five minutes. I was provided with a pain killer,an xray was taken and then one of your nurses, aided with some gas and air returned the shoulder bone to its correct position. A further xray was taken to confirm all was in order and shortly after I left the walk in centre. All this was achieved in approximately one hour.

In these days where we are quick to complain I felt I wanted to write to you to thank you for a service which was second to none. The service was quick, efficient and the staff courteous and I do not believe that it could have been bettered.

May I ask you to pass on my thanks to the staff concerned.
