What I liked
I have been waiting for an appointment for my son now for a cople of weeks he needs a hearing test so that he can have grmits fitted to stop him having relly bad ear infections. i have tried calling the main switch board and spoke to a really rude and unhelpfull person that i coulf bearly understand! (due to her mumberling)
i have now been given the direct number and no one seems to answer the phone and there is no answer phone ti leave a message!
i am not looking forward to coming to the hospital already!!!!
What could be improved
Staff welcoming and helpfullness!
