What I liked

The staff who clean this hopsital and reception staff were so nice and kind, i got greeted with smiles everywhere i went. I got lost on my way to my appointment and a member of staff stopped and asked me if i needed any help to find my appointment. The resturant was spotless and the food choice was great, hot and delicious!!....

i was not kept waiting for my appointment, went straight in. I was listened to for my requests of treatment and my background was fully looked at to decide my care path, overall A star rated!!

What could be improved

Car parking.. it is a knightmare, having to park all down the bottom of the road with a bad knee, and walking was not comfortable

Anything else?

just a well done to all domestic and catering, nursing and reception staff
