Hello,

I went to the NHS walk in centre in the hospital with my mother on a Sunday who was visiting from Canada and had a bad ear ache. I was incredibly impressed with the service received which exceeded our expectation in every way. The clinic is brand new and clean and we were seen almost immediately by a friendly and informative doctor.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

I think that the Charing Cross NHS walk in centre could be a model for NHS services. Thank you very much.
