What I liked

From the moment I stepped into the reception area until the time I left, I always felt I was in very good hands.

This visit was my 3rd major operation in the last 2.5 years and I can say the service provided over that time has never faultered

I liked the personel service, which was at all times professional

I always felt that my health and care was paramount with all the staff that treated me, whether it be a surgeon or a cleaner, all of which have an important roll to play in the running of the clinic.

It is very important that the patient listens to the comments made by the professional staff and carryout there advice to the letter, in which case you will recover very quickly.

There was never a time when I did not feel the most important patient in the clinic, which all encourages you to get better quickly.

I will need further surgery in the not to distant future and I have no hesitation in going back to the clinic for this

What could be improved

Although the beds are comfortable, I do find that because of the material that the covers are mde of, it does make you sweat, which becomes uncomfortable during the night. I am not sure if any other materials exist, so this may be the best that can be offered.

Superb clinic and no regrets in using this both in the past and in the future
