I wish to record my appreciation of the treatment I received in the Accident & Emergency Department at the North Tyneside General Hospital on Saturday, 3rd November 2007. I reported in at approx. 23.00hrs with a dislocated shoulder. From the time I arrived to my departure at approx. 2.00am I could not fault the treatment I received.
People do, on occasions, forget that they are not the only people being dealt with at the time of an individuals accident. One other point I will appreciate in the future is that I will never forget my date of birth.
Please pass my appreciation on to the various members of staff involved. Once again, my sincere thanks.
