The surgeon but nothing else
What could be improved
Staff didn't have a clue about how to treat me. Told me to come back to see the surgeon the next day after I'd had surgery at 9:30 but the surgeon didn't start rounds until 12:30. Eye drops given to me didn't have a top on the bottle so had leaked into the box. Given a secondary infection that is now being investigated by my doctor via a swab for analysis. Tried to ring 24hr emergency at Western Eye Hospital on14/2/10 because I now have an eye infection but no answer.
Anything else?
Total nightmare from begining to end.
