"I was admitted to the Medical ..."

About: Lymington New Forest Hospital

What I liked

I was admitted to the Medical Admissions unit in an emergency by my GP. After 2 days I was transferred to Longbeach2 ward.

Throughout my stay I was treated exceptionally well. The nursing staff and doctors could not be more caring. They answered all my questions with regard to my illness patiently. They explained the treatment at length. I was very pleased to find that the wards were exceptionally clean, the cleaning staff were very thorough.

What could be improved

My husband came to see me twice a day for a week during my stay at Lymington Hospital and as a pensioner found the car park charges a little excessive.

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comments. I will ensure that these are passed on to the staff in Medical Assessment and Longbeech 2. Regarding your comments about the car parking charges, I will pass these on to the relevant service manager so they are aware. Best wishes
