What I liked

The staff seemed friendly and helpful, the ward was clean and warm, facilities offered seemed to be good

What could be improved

Leaving an elderly patient sitting for hours in a wheelchair is not acceptable. I thought the remit was rehabilitation, not ease of work for the staff!

Anything else?

If you have a relative or friend in this hospital, monitor them carefully. Visit at odd hours and ask how long they've been sat in the chair bired witless
