What I liked

I have had two knee replacements,March 2008 and Sept 2009. Both times the care I received was excellent. The hospital is very clean and the staff very friendly and I would recommend Barlborough to any one.

What could be improved

May be the time spent with the physios,but I returned for 3 visits to the physio department after my last operation and the care was excellent.

It's great to read that you chose to return to Barlborough for your treatment as it sounds like you had a great experience the first time around.

In terms of the time spent with the physios, perhaps you could contact us and give us a bit more detail on this? Our patients' views on this integral part of our service is essential so it would be great to hear your thoughts on how we could improve this for other patients in the future.
