What I liked
I had a knee arthroscopy (day surgery) at Charing Cross on February 4th. The care was faultless. Everything was explained very clearly by a nurse, anaesthetist and surgeon. It was quick and efficient, the ward was spotless, staff were friendly, food delicious, I walked out and was home by 2pm. I could not recommend it more highly.
What could be improved
Post op physio could have been explained a bit more clearly -eg when i should start, how often to do the exercises etc, but this info is easily accessible on line. the original outpatients appointment experience could have been better.
