What could be improved

The receptionist's attitude was appalling, rude and dismissive. She was far more interested in the television, conversing with a colleague and her apple than any patient.

Anything else?

The doctor I saw was I'm afraid beyond a joke. I had severe pain in my throat & difficulty swallowing. If google can tell me that's tonsillitis why couldn't she? "It's viral" was the reply, "I see no compelling reason for antibiotics. Drink lots of clear fluids & get a box of tissues." By the night after my visit my tonsils were like golf balls & the following morning (Monday) my GP put me straight onto antibiotics. 48 hours later feeling much better. The doctor at FM really wanted me out of her office ASAP. A disgrace to the NHS to have doctors who just don't care.
