Rehab reception staff - polite and helpful - offered phone nos when listening to complaint
What could be improved
Seeing the same Consultant at outpatient clinics not registrars who don't appear to read your file notes and then have to go and check with the consultant anyway...very frustrating and then a difference of opinion and then being informed that consultant you thought was treating you decides to refer to another consultant in the same dept because he does not "do" shoulders!!!!This is not an efficient nor satisfactory service. Now have to wait further weeks for ongoing treatment - this is ludricrous
Anything else?
Feel quite livid about last appointment and now must make an extra call to GP to update and request they intervene as clearly there is a lack of communication which has led to a stressful situation and treatment no further forward for last 3 months.
