What I liked

Thoughtful and very person centred approaches displayed by the staff when visiting. Very helpful and all of them competent/confident !!!!!

Visit regularly to a person my wife cares for.

What could be improved

Nothing at all

Anything else?

Jovial staff. Yes this is a hospital but appropriate banter and laughter is always the best medicine. A former colleague of mine was on duty and we had a giggle which included the nurse in charge thank you!!!!
