What I liked

As a health professional myself I have only praise for the care I received at this hospital. It helped me recover from a stroke in body mind and spirit. The whole ethos of the hospital was caring and it is my belief this starts at the top levels of nursing and management. It would be good if more students came to learn how things are done here.All levels of staff were equally courteous and helpful and encouraging. I was also impressed by the community support of a whole range of volunteer helpers. Many staff also rearranged their shifts due to bad weather or illness and nursing management stepped in to make sure care continud. Long may All Hallows continue.

What could be improved

I am very sorry that I was not able to continue with the excellent physio as an outpatient because I have the wrong post code. But have continued doing the exercise regimen that I had been given and continue to improve slowly. Care in the Community is not what we are led to believe should happen. This is not the fault of All Hallows but funding providers.
