What I liked
I was glad to get a quick Choose & Book appointments as I am in pain and have been deaf in one ear since November.
What could be improved
Went to see the ENT consultant about my hearing only to be told there was no audioloigst on that day - my referral letter stated that I had problems with my hearing for months now - Apparently they will send my an appointment for a hearing test and then I have to make another appointment to discuss it!
Anything else?
ENT appointments/audiology should all be done in 1 day - I work fulltime and will have to take 2 more days off work to attend - have been under ENT before and they usually do it all in one day that is why I took the whole day off
