About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Really friendly and professional staff during my Mums pre-op.

They had to take a blood sample but my mum has very thin veins and this usually causes her alot of pain during extraction and causes alot of bruising afterwards.

The nurse went through all their needles to find the smallest and my mum was awaiting the pain of the needle, to be told they already had taken the blood & my mum didn't feel a thing?

It was this attentiveness to the patients needs that made my mums visit comfortable and she had no bruising afterwards.

The hospital was very clean and all the staff were friendly, professional and attentive.
