Could not fault the care here but absolutely fuming about the company who "looks after" the carpark. I received a parking fine for £70 with no explanation of why I got it. If paid before a certain date it would only be £40.
I did purchase a ticket when we were at the carpark and luckily still had it I emailed the appels with proof of purchase which it said it could take up to 28 days to get a response from them. In the meantime they sent me yet another letter telling me to pay £40 now otherwise it will go back up to £70 or taken to court.
Then I received an email back from them saying on this occasion as a goodwill gesture they will cancel the charge. No apology for them being wrong and sending out the wrong threading and Harassing letter. not happy at all we came to the centre for help for my very poorly daughter and end up with this stress.
