About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

I am now in that bad service hospital like always but we dont have other choice than go to that hospital i am in the emergency and they said to me waiting time minimum 3 hours i asked what is the maximum they answerd unknown i asked them that mean it can be 6 or 7 hours or a day or two days they answerd might be we don't know that the service when you have emergency and want be seen by a doctor they have so many rude staff but no doctors thank you for your bad service nhs

I am sorry that you had a bad experience at A&E with a long wait and some rude staff. Unfortunately, some times there are long waits but we encourage staff to share the most accurate information they have. We know it makes a real difference to know how long you might have to wait, and of course to be treated kindly and courteously.

I have shared your feedback with the team and I am sure they will use it to improve services in future.
