"Very little."

What I liked

Very little.

What could be improved

90% of the time when I visited the nurse station of the Rutland Ward at this hospital, there were no nurses to speak to, it was always, they're busy, theyre around somewhere.

Communication with inpatient's family is virtually non-existant, and unless you actually speak to the Senior Sister, you are unlikely to get anywhere.

My wife has had many hospital interventions in her life - both Glenfield and the City General, and there I cannot fault their communication skills, somedthing which I feel it absolutely vital when you have a relative in hospital facing serious operations.

The inpatients in one room were deprived of a drink with their evening meal yesterday, due to lack of staff resourcing.
