Referred for a chest x-ray by my GP.
Contacted the department by phone to check the procedure and opening times. Got through straightaway and got all the information I needed.
Attended at a time of my choosing, got parked close to the entrance, and was back in my car within 15 minutes.
Completely problem-free experience.
