"Hospital discharge"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

My father was discharged from Queens via hospital transport. His clothing and coat were in the ward locker cupboard and senior nursing staff were aware of this.He arrived home in hospital pyjamas and his dressing gown on a freezing April day. Furthermore the discharge letter stated he was given a blood infusion whilst an inpatient but this was incorrect information as the medics changed their minds and did not give my father any blood infusion.

I'm quite appalled by this. My father is 83 need I say more!
