What I liked
The 2 doctors I saw both listened to my opinion and concerns and gave me a fully comprehensible reasons to the whys and wherefores of my problem and what solutions they were coming up with. I would not be able to find any fault with the care given to me on this occasion, niether on the other occasions when I go for blood tests - what a great team they have at Horsham.
What could be improved
Waiting time, my 9.30 turned into 11 am. How can so early an appointment be so delayed
Anything else?
Waiting time aside, I would never hesitate to chose Horsham hospital, it is a vital link into the NHS for the people of Horsham
